MEMBER OF THE GREAT BRITAIN JU-JITSU NATIONAL TEAM, COMPETING IN EVENTS SUCH AS THE BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU COMPETITION AND THE COMBAT JU-JUTSU CHAMPIONSHIP, AS WELL AS THE GREAT BRITAIN JU-JITSU CHAMPIONSHIP AND ISKA COMPETITION, INCLUDING PARTICIPATION IN THE JJIF WELSH JU-JITSU NATIONALS.
GRADING PREPRATION LESSONS
We have COMPULSORY extra classes for Promotion Test preparations for the students that are going for their Grading.
You will be allocated a time (depending on age and belts), specifically targeting Promotion Test syllabus and everything that they would need for their grading day, on :
Wednesday 14th of October 2026
at 4.30pm, 5.30pm and 6.30pm
Wednesday 21st of October 2026
at 4.30pm, 5.30pm and 6.30pm
Wednesday 28th of October 2026
at 4.30pm, 5.30pm and 6.30pm
Once they have successfully passed ALL their Wednesdays sessions,
they will then receive their Promotion Test letter.
(All sessions needs to be attended to be eligible for grading)
PROMOTION TEST
Saturday 31st October &
Sunday 1st of November 2026
The test will give you the chance to demonstrate all of the techniques and skills that are required for your next belt, and give us an opportunity to pay very close attention to your current progress. Your grading will be judged by Head Master TALAKESH, Chief Instructor, who will determine if you are ready for your next belt during the test, and will provide you with detailed feedback that you can use to enhance your ability even further.
You must be present at 11.30am for a compulsory warm up, in full Dobok uniform (no rashguard).
