If your child is addicted to MMA then this is ideal for them! During the school holidays, on selected days we run full mix martial arts themed training days. 

They run from 10am-2pm.

Below you’ll see how the day is planned for next camp : 

10:00am Warm Up

10.30 0am Fun Games

12:00pm Lunch time

12:30pm Film

13:00pm Fun Sports Games

14:00pm Home time

All children need to bring a drink, snacks and a lunch. All equipment is provided. 

All children need to wear a long sleeve and tracksuits or leggings.
